Delete your account

You can delete your Unlockly account and its associated data at any time, either from the app or by requesting it here.

From the app

Open Account, then Settings, then Delete account.

By request

Email support@unlockly.app from the address on your account. We will confirm before anything is removed.

What gets deleted

Your profile, posted jobs, photos and messages. Records we are required to keep for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes are retained for the period the law requires and are not used for anything else. The exact list must be finalised alongside the privacy policy.
